Introduction
Laxman Real Estate deals in all kinds of properties--residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural. We plan to have a network which covers every PIN code of India----about 155,000 areas in India.
It is also a venture to locate, preserve and deal in, natural and man-made, heritage properties. We are interested in the design and construction of environmentally friendly buildings and in creating biospheres in private and public land. We are also interested in repairing environmental damage in existing locations and water bodies.
Our direct inspiration is the concept of World Heritage Sites created by UNESCO. India has a large number of heritage sites which are in private ownership and are threatened due to economic needs of the owner. These could be old buildings,palaces, forts, wells, forested land, etc. We would like to invest or find new owners for such properties who will have the resources to preserve and protect these properties; or use these properties in the form of heritage resorts and private residences or shops etc. We are very active in the tourism real estate sector of resorts and hotels.
